As usual, I have filled up my day with things to do during day off. Yesterday I took the half day offline since I woke up around 1pm, now that I think about it, I feel exhausted. I planned to have a wait during the day so I went to National Bookstore in SM Cebu. I was searching for inspiring books. I had few choices…

• “The Little Black Book of Style by Nina Garcia”
• “Style Yourself: Inspired advise from the world’s fashion bloggers by Aldridge,Jane”
• “Mini-Shopaholic by Kinsella, Sophie”

I decided to buy Mini-Shopaholic by Kinsella, Sophie sad to say that there were lots of people inside National Bookstore most of them are actually students so I decided to go to Fully Booked and look for the book and buy it there instead so that I can start reading the book and finish it before my last day off which is today, unfortunately I stumbled SM Department Store and there where Items on SALE my weakness ever. I can’t help it then I just found myself entering Department Store as I stare myself through the mirrors I saw excitement within me. Then I was strolling around fitting some clothes, pants, dress searching for sandals and came across the bags section and I was like what?? really??? because most of the items was only half of it’s original price. After few hours of searching for the perfect bag I bought a Jovanni Bag. I’ll buy the book next time.

 That’s me beside our Philippine flag. I was really happy that my sister and cousin came to visit Cebu well the main reason is for my cousin to be enrolled in an aeronautic school somewhere in Cebu, sad to say it didn’t turn that way. Instead of doing nothing we decided to explore Cebu however we don’t have much time so we headed Doce Pares,Busay-Malubog, Cebu first place who had a zipline in Cebu.

The place is only around 30 minutes from JY Square in Lahug we went there by motorcycle (habal-habal).  Upon arriving the zip line area you can see the whole city of Cebu. You can see the buildings in the area as well as coastal area where the ship docks.  

Harness Preparation making sure that everything is all set since it’s my first ever 400m zip-line experience. I was a bit scared when the crew pushed me. I ecstatically screamed within the first few seconds to sort of relieve the tension and I kept on holding the harness, halfway through the course I was already enjoying the spectacular view. After the first course my body was shaking. 

Ready for the Zip-line thrill. First to take off was my cousin and sister.

My sister was really screaming and It looks she’s having a swell time. Oh!!! She really cried on the other end of the cable and she was telling the crew that she’s going to walk from there. I was really laughing I never though that she’s really that scared anyway she made it to the other side. She just conquer her fear.      

For me the experience was not bad for a first timer. Sad to say I don’t have a picture of myself while I was on air. I was about to get my phone from my pocket but I was scared I might drop it so I never dared. Next time I’m going to try to extend my arms they call it “superman” and I want to try it in Agas-Agas Southern Leyte, dubbed as the longest and highest zip-line in the Visayas about 1.5 kilometers long and 377 feet from the base of the Agas-Agas Bridge.

To be honest, I don’t have good friends that are boys, I was a man hater back then but here it goes. 

 Ian – he was the first guy who asks if I could be his girl, well the courtship lasted a year but I don’t know what exactly happened it’s just that I was too young and afraid lame excuse.

Aizaryl – He is my first boyfriend and his still my man now. 

1.) i am working as a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE from one the biggest wireless communications in US.

2.) tried smoking but i’m not a smoker

3.) been drunk and i was crying the whole night and shouting,that was F-U-N. 

4.) cried during an interview when i applied for a job. i was really shaking at that time and my heart was beating so fast i panicked. it was my first time though.

5.) i have an older sister and 3 younger brothers. 

6.) i have a boyfriend, weve been together for about 4 years.

7.) i have issues with my “Biological Parents”. I don’t know if I can still proceed with this Challenge since in Day 5 i need to write a letter to them. were not in good terms since birth.

8.) My metabolism is pretty weird. I eat a load of crap and don’t pile on weight. 

9.) My musical taste depends on my mood.

10.) I once forgot my own birthday

11.) I’m not a talkative person, but I can be quite loud-mouthed sometimes.

12.) My worst subject in school was math..booo

13.) I have been hit by a truck when i was in grade 3…not a good day  :(

14.) I have a bad memory but remember all of the bad things. why is that??

15.) I love singing and I like to think I am good at it. 

It has been 4 days since I last register for unlimited surfing and that was last Sunday. I called Globe on that same day and reported the issue a GLOBE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP told me that she will forward a request to the technical support team so that my concern will be addressed. I’m aware with this process, they’re going to create a trouble ticket and etc.. etc.. so I let them do what they have to. I am also working as a customer service representative from one of the cell phone providers in the US so I understand the process.

next day… Monday. I tried again to register but I just failed so I dialed GLOBE again and they informed me to do it at a later time. So I just keep on doing the same thing after that I received a message I was “blocked” OH NO!!! called them again and was informed that you can only make a certain number of attempts. If you’ve breached that you will be blocked and wait again for another 24 hours before it gets restored. Brilliant huh?

by Tuesday. I was already pissed I tried to register it again to 8888 but AS USUAL I was having a hard time instead I keep on receiving a message that I am currently subscribed and I need to wait to expire prior to registering again which SUCKS!!! coz I check the status and I am not registered to any GLOBE SERVICES. called them again and same information was provided to me “try at a later time” FINE…FINE…

Right after shift I tried to register same thing happened. I called GLOBE I was pissed yes I admit it and I can consider myself as an irate customer already bakit sino ba naman hindi? Because if they cannot do justice to the word “SERVICE” and there system cannot support there customers then they better SHUT DOWN. I talk to this guy he was really helping me. I was even put on hold for several times coz they are checking some info from my account. I told them that I’m not going to end this call not unless they can fix the issue it has been 4 days same thing, NO RESOLUTION, what kind of customer service is that? Well I guess the representative did everything he could, we’ve been on the phone almost an hour and I was amazed because among those representatives who I spoke with the other day he was just the only rep who provided me a different information, YES, I was not informed to “try at a later time” instead he instructed me to send SUPERSURF50 STOP to 8888 then register again and it really worked. So as a return I gave him KUDOS. 

Being a call center is a life-seizure moment. Imagine no gimmicks, no hang-outs with your friends, no sunlight during summer. Come to think of it on how monotonous the lifestyle does call center agents have. What made me stay? Do I need to say about it? I guess you already knew. I envy those who had a chance to enjoy there summer vacation, got a chance to swim and wear their hot & sexy summer outfits. I hope I can still experience summer this 2011.

I really want to experience facial treatment due to pimple & blackheads breakout but it’s too pricey I still can’t afford it since I’m saving some moolah for future use. Instead I went to watsons bought 

nose pore tape to remove blackheads

then I spotted Rio Mints I remember Saab Magalona so I decided to buy one. 

I was excited so I tried it at once. goodbye blackheads never come back again.
